High C tea Smoothies

Hot Mama Brownies

  • Did someone say Hot Mama cherry dark chocolate brownie?! ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿซ

    Ingredients:
    1 cup butter
    10 oz dark chocolate
    1/3 cup hot mama magyk
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 tbs vanilla
    3 large eggs + 1 yoke
    1 + 1/4 cup flour
    10-15 cherries chopped in quarters
    1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice

    Recipe Instructions:
    Preheat oven to 350 and have a buttered 8x8 pan ready (if you use a 9x13 just start checking 10 minutes sooner)

    Leaving aside a hand full of chocolate chunks, use either a sauce pan or microwave melt butter and chocolate and whisk untill smooth. (If you use a microwave check on it every 10-30 seconds)

    Making sure the mixture is NOT HOT, mix in the eggs and Vanilla and whisk heavily for about 2 minutes (helps make it a little more Fudgy).

    When youโ€™re 2 minutes are up, the cherries & juice get folded in, then the flour and our healthy high Special ingredient: the Hot Mama Magyk.

    If you donโ€™t want a more โ€˜Cakeโ€™y brownie try not to over mix (I personally little a little cake in my fudge).

    Think we forgot that hand full of chocolate chips?

    Well if there are still any left ๐Ÿ˜‰, gently fold them in to the batter for a luscious chocolate surprise.

    Slide your creation into the preheated oven and let it cook for 40-50 minutes, checking with a tooth pick.

    Now.... This is the hard part... once the timer is up... you have to let it sit and cool.

    TORTURE IM SO SORRY!

    At least 15 minutes, you have to let your brownies relax and get all fudgy... after that.

    A brownie square, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a dribble of that cherry juice... thatโ€™s the real Magyk.

    itโ€™s refreshing, creamy, nourishing, and packed with herbs, adaptogens, and medicinal mushrooms! ๐Ÿ„๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒฟ

    Ingredients:
    1 cup water
    1/4 cup rolled oats
    1 banana
    1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
    1/2 cup fresh pineapple pieces
    Handful of fresh spinach (optional)
    2 tsps. High C Tea Powder
    1 Tbsp Pea Protein

    Blend all together in high speed blender, pour, and enjoy

Golden Glowing Oatmeal

  • Golden Glowing Mylk Oatmeal ๐Ÿฅฃโ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŽ

    Half cup rolled oats1 cup water1/2 banana cut in pieces1 teaspoon of maple syrup1 teaspoon of Glowing Golden Mylk1 apple cut up in small piecesDash of cinnamon on top

    Cook oats with glow, banana, maple syrup and water on low heat for 8 minutes. Top with fresh apple pieces and a dash of cinnamon ๐ŸŒฟ

    You can top with a little oat milk if you wanna make it creamier! Enjoy ๐Ÿ’›
